1.8 In the event that you have any right, claim or action against any other user arising from that user's use of the Docaro.ai website, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us, and you release Docaro (and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees) from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or translate the software, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent allowed under any applicable law. If applicable law permits such activities, any information so discovered must be promptly disclosed to Docaro and shall be deemed to be the confidential proprietary information of Docaro.
2 User Accounts
2.1 Docaro reserves the right at their sole discretion to remove any user account and any data associated with those accounts for any reason and without any compensation or repayment of fees.
2.2 Users who abuse the Docaro.ai website through malicious activities, or by posting offensive content to the website will be removed from the site without notice.
2.3 Without limiting any other remedies, Docaro may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged or are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in or linked to, fraudulent activity in connection with the Docaro.ai website.
